What is PatiTracker?

PatiTracker GPS pet tracking device provides real-time GPS location and activity tracking for dogs and large cats. By combining location tracking, activity monitoring, and other protective features, it ensures the safety of your furry friends whenever you let them roam free, giving you peace of mind and happiness.

PatiTracker Box Contents & Usage Information

Inside the box, your device is delivered with a pre-installed Turkcell SIM card, ready to use.
Before starting, please fully charge the device. Once turned on, place it in an open area where it can receive a GPS signal and mobile network coverage, and wait a short while for accurate location detection. During use, always ensure the battery level is above 20% for proper operation.

⚠️ The SIM card inside the device is exclusively configured for PatiTracker and will not work with any other SIM card. If the SIM card is removed or replaced, the device will no longer be covered under warranty.

What’s included in the initial package:

1-year subscription (with 1 GB monthly internet included)

GPS tracking device

LED collar

Bonus gift: Smart Digital Pet Tag (QR code, energy-free, special ID tag)

The subscription period is 1 year. To keep the device active after this period, the subscription must be renewed. As the expiration date approaches, you will receive a notification via the PatiTracker app.

Firstly please install the PatiTracker App on your smartphone. Then follow the registration wizard to register your PatiTracker account and your pet. During the registration of your pet, you will be prompted to activate your PatiTracker tracker.

What kind of collars can PatiTracker attach?

The PatiTracker can be attached to any collar or harness of suitable width.
