Getting Started
Before using the device, please fully charge the battery.
When the device is turned on for the first time, it may take approximately 15–20 minutes to connect to GPS satellites, provided that you are in an area with mobile signal coverage. This process must be carried out outdoors and in an area without dense buildings.
Once the initial location connection is established, you can use the device smoothly anywhere.
During use, please make sure that the battery level remains above 20%.
SIM Card Usage & Warranty
The SIM card inside the device is exclusively assigned for PatiTracker and cannot be used with any other SIM card.
If the SIM card is removed, replaced, or if the device is tampered with in any way, the warranty will be completely void.

Subscription Information
The subscription period is 1 year.
To ensure continued operation of the device after the expiration date, the subscription must be renewed.
As the end of your subscription approaches, you will receive a reminder notification through the mobile application.

⚠️ If the SIM card inside the device is interfered with, or if the device is opened or tampered with in any way, the warranty becomes completely invalid.
Important Notice About App Password Verification
🔐 When creating your password in the application, a verification email will be sent to your email address.
