Designed for dogs, the PatiTracker GPS Tracker allows you to track your pet’s location through the PatiTracker mobile app. You can access real-time GPS location, location history, walking and activity tracking, and create virtual safe zones.

Under suitable GPS conditions, the device provides a location accuracy of approximately 4–5 meters.

Getting Started

Fully charge the device before using it for the first time.

When the device is switched on for the first time, it may take approximately 15–20 minutes to connect to GPS satellites. For the initial GPS connection, use the device outdoors in an open area with good mobile network coverage and away from densely built-up surroundings.

Once the initial location has been established, the device is ready for use.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to keep the battery level above 20% during use.

SIM, Subscription & Warranty

The SIM/data line installed in the device is specifically configured for the PatiTracker system, and the device will not operate with another SIM card.

Removing or replacing the SIM card, opening the device, or making any unauthorized modifications to the device will void the product warranty.

The initial purchase includes a 1-year subscription with internet/data usage. At the end of this period, the subscription must be renewed for the device to continue receiving PatiTracker services.

You will receive a notification through the app as the subscription expiration date approaches.

When creating your account, the verification email sent to your email address may be delivered to your Spam / Junk Mail folder. Please check this folder if you do not see the verification email in your inbox.
