If you would like to pay for your order by money transfer, simply click the money transfer button in the payment options. After completing your order and depositing the amount to the bank account number specified below, please inform us by e-mail. If you want to receive your order as soon as possible, please write your order number in the receipt information and send it to [email protected] e-mail address.

For purchases made via money transfer, the start of the delivery period is the moment when the relevant order amount is reflected in our accounts. Money order orders that are not reflected in the account within 1 day will be deemed invalid.

Seems to work. Registration was pretty easy and it's a nice way to put all the relevant information (vet phone #, microchip ID, etc.) in one place. Hopefully it will never be needed.

The product I received is exactly the same that was on the picture. It came with easy to read and understand instructions. Creating a profile and getting everything set up was easy. I tested it out by scanning the QR code with my mobile and my pet's detailed profile right up on my screen. This tag provides a little extra insurance that your pet will get back home safe and sound

The NFC feature doesn't work with my Galaxy S5 and Redmini mobile phone, but the bar code reader does. The web page is well designed as well.
