Warranty and Return Conditions

If there is a problem with your order, you can return the product after receiving confirmation from PatiTracker team. The return must be sent with a letter indicating your return reason with a complete delivery note and an invoice without damaging the product and the original box within 14 days after your order is received.

In order for the return to be accepted;

If the item received has manufacturing defects, or is an incorrectly sent item, we’ll correct it by sending you the new product.
All products must be returned with their original packaging and invoice
Our return policy is only applicable to item(s) purchased on www.patitracker.com within 14 days from receiving your order.
Returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be accepted and the product will be returned to the other party for a delivery fee.
Your money will be refunded to your credit card or the account number you wish to make a transfer, if it complies with our return conditions.

Seems to work. Registration was pretty easy and it's a nice way to put all the relevant information (vet phone #, microchip ID, etc.) in one place. Hopefully it will never be needed.

The product I received is exactly the same that was on the picture. It came with easy to read and understand instructions. Creating a profile and getting everything set up was easy. I tested it out by scanning the QR code with my mobile and my pet's detailed profile right up on my screen. This tag provides a little extra insurance that your pet will get back home safe and sound

The NFC feature doesn't work with my Galaxy S5 and Redmini mobile phone, but the bar code reader does. The web page is well designed as well.
