Warranty and Return Conditions

If the purchased tag or electronic product has a manufacturing defect or if a wrong product is delivered, the customer may return the product within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• The invoice and delivery note are included
• A written return reason is enclosed
• The return shipping cost belongs to the customer

 

Returns without prior confirmation from PatiTracker will not be accepted.

Once the returned product reaches us and is approved according to our return conditions, the payment will be refunded to your credit card or bank account within 14 business days.

Conditions for accepting returns:

• All products must be returned with their original packaging and original invoice
• Return requests must be made within 14 days from the order date
• Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipment
• Returns that do not comply with these conditions will be rejected and the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense

 

Warranty Policy:

• All electronic products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• Damage caused by user error, liquid contact, impact, unauthorized repair or SIM card removal is not covered
• Any physical tampering immediately voids the warranty
